Sound Healing

Sound healing uses soothing vibrations from instruments to help you relax, reduce stress, and restore balance in your body and mind.
As you listen and feel, the audible and palpable sounds promote deep calm and support your natural healing.
I use sound tools, such as drums, tuning forks, chimes, rattles, bowls or voice; and music from all over the world, frequently jazz, classical Indian or native American flute.
It is effective in reducing anxiety and emotional stress, lowering blood pressure and heart rate, and promoting healing.
